Torres Farm Labor Contracting, Inc. (TFLC, Inc.), family-owned and operated company, was established in 1999. 

 

Gregorio Torres, founder of TFLC, Inc., had over 20 years of experience as a licensed farm labor contractor. TFLC, Inc is licensed in the state of California with operations in Kern County, Santa Barbara County, San Luis Obispo County, and Riverside County. He worked in the agricultural industry for over 40 years in various roles and segments of the industry. 

 

Clients appreciated his knowledge and expertise from not only a contractor's perspective but also as a partner. Mr. Torres valued partnerships and relationships, especially when it came to problem-solving and getting things done right. His legacy and values are demonstrated throughout the company on a daily basis.

TFLC, Inc remains family-owned and is now operated by Mr. Torres' son, Humberto Torres. Humberto values the same dedication and integrity as his father.
